Our Mission
SMILES transcends traditional therapeutic methods by offering individuals with special needs, of all ages, the joy of participating in an equine assisted program which provides social, emotional, physical, and personal rewards.
Accreditation
Since 2000, SMILES has been a PATH International Premier Accredited Center. PATH is a leader in therapeutic horsemanship, helping non-profits with accreditation, training, and evaluation.
Our History
From our humble beginnings of four borrowed horses and saddles, we've grown to serve those with physical, emotional, and cognitive disabilities.
Board of Directors and Staff
Our board is a completely voluntary and non-compensated governing body. Our staff is a team of dedicated and registered professions. All are passionate about equine assistance.
Our Facility
SMILES features a geo-thermal indoor area, a Sensory Trail and Garden to enhance the riding experience, an outdoor area, and specialized equipment.
